With the high ceilings and an all-glass front, your next RUUM can be anything from an office or yoga studio to a guest suite or simple garden house. Our design will fit in no matter the location.

RUUM Tiny Houses start at 20 m2 but they come equipped with everything you need.
Upon entering, you’re met with an open plan living and kitchen area big enough for a couch, TV, coffee table, and built in kitchen. Or use it as a home office with shelves and a desk. There’s plenty of room, no matter your needs.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, flushing toilet, and small sink with a vanity. Fitted with LED lights and FIBO wall panels, it’s stylish and sleek.
The second floor is ideal for a full-sized mattress or even a King if you need it. There are outlets to keep your devices charged and LED lights running the length of the house.
Our custom-built ladder is movable, giving you full access to the space and allowing you to move it when it’s not in use.
Don’t need a bed? This space is ideal for storage too.
